We're based at 2529 152nd Ave NE in Redmond and work the neighborhoods around us - Education Hill a mile north, North Redmond two miles north, Southeast Redmond a mile southeast, Grass Lawn, Sammamish Valley, Willow-Rose Hill, Overlake, Viewpoint, Bridle Trails, and Redmond Ridge out toward the east side of town. Most of the houses we work on went up between 1965 and 2005, with a lot of that stock dating to the 1980s and 90s.
